The system uses a load cell weigher for weighing and batching feed ingredients during production. By “Loss-in-Weigh” methodology, the dosing pump will draw a precise amount of liquids from the weigher hopper to be sprayed onto the feed in mixer.

The dosing accuracy can be achieved around +/- 1% error tolerance against set point. As an example: inclusion rate 1kg/ton, the error is +/- 10g.

The system is controlled automatically by PLC and operated by PC SCADA or touchscreen panel with real time graphic flow. System provides trend curves and comprehensive usage reports exportable to USB driver. It is an open system which is ready for linking with feed milling automation system.
