The feedmill is located in Pakistan. The system is a multiple liquid batch dosing system, which is to add 5 liquids ( incl. 1 extra future liquid) into mixer (capacity 3 ton).  The addition liquids are emulsifier, methionine, choline chloride, fat/oil, water and future molasses.

To increase the accuracy, the batching for micro and macro inclusion is done separately, a small weigher for micro batching (methionine, emulsifier, choline chloride), a big weighing tank for macro batching (water and molasses). Two-speed feeding valve (quick-slow) to make it more flexible to adapt the production.

All the weighed liquids will be mixed in the tank with high speed homogenizer, and then pumped and sprayed into the feed at mixer.

The control of liquid batching and dosing is done automatically by PLC. The colorful touchscreen displays graphic real time process flow. The system records the data and generate rich reports by batch, day, month and year. The report can be reported via USB port for data analysis and management improvement. 

The equipment is compact, requires limited space, which makes it flexible to be installed in existing plant. And the control is done in all-in-one platform, system is open to be linked with feedmill automation (Modbus-TCP) for all liquids at one time.
