AT533, Mainflo’s latest version of Single Liquid Batch Dosing System. The project is a new installation for Wens, China, which is to add liquid methionine into mixer. The inclusion rate is 2kg per ton, 3 flat pan nozzles.

Complete construction is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion resistance. The liquid is metered by loss-in-weigh weigher system. The operation of loading and dosing is automatically controlled by PLC. The process can be monitored on the integrated HMI touchscreen panel. Other instrument control features are pipeline pressure sensors, comprehensive liquid usage report exportable to USB drive. 

System is linked to feedmill automation system, and ready for remote internet service support.
