We have finished the installation and commissioning of a PPLA upgrade project (enzyme + oil) for a feedmill in Thailand.

The existing system has the problem not stable, lab test not good and after sales service can not keep up with. So the feedmill decide to upgrade the system with Mainflo latest PPLA system.

There are total 2 lines for enzyme dosing and oil coating post pelleting. Inclusion rate of enzyme: 100-300ml/ton, feed flowrate: 35tph.

We have provide complete new computer control system for the integration control of enzyme and oil. The control system is linked directly with factory formular system, automatic remote control.

Complete structure is made of stainless steel with anti-drip pan. The liquid is metered by Coriolis Mass Flowmeter and transported by micro screw pump to have the minimal pulsation. 

Feed flowrate is measured by Mainflo patent design twin-chute type gravimetric solid flowmeter.The special twin-chute structure allows for a more uniform application, two stream feeds impact each other, all of these significantly improved the coating efficacy of PPLA system.
