This is a project in China, batch dosing system of 3 liquids into mixer. Oil, liquid methionine and choline chloride.  The dosing system is Mainflo Pindodo design. The most feature is there is a main PLC acts as control hub for each sub PLC, and communicates with factory formular system. The operation is fully automatic.

The most feature is its centralized control to all liquid dosing. Master PLC interfaces with factory formula system, and at the same time serves as control hub for each sub plc for each individual applicator.

It requires linking with formula system once, which greatly reduce linking cost and workload. Liquids are added in a fully automatic mode, which provides maximum flexibility to change formula.

Liquids can be added synchronously or asynchronously in the order required by the formula.

Each liquid can be added by separate nozzles or in-line mixing with other liquids by static mixer.
